Gracie was a golden haired Cocker Spaniel who, at the age of four months, was diagnosed with two congenitally bad knees.
In just a year and a half’s time, she endured several surgeries to repair the lack of bone structure and muscle tissue.
Not long after, she was diagnosed with hip dysplasia and the Dr. suggested putting her on pain killers and limiting her physical activity. Of course, there are some who would have suggested euthanizing her, but we were determined to help her.
Out of options with western medicine, we turned to holistic approaches such as dietary analysis, physical therapy, hydrotherapy, specialized body massages and acupuncture by trained experts.
She began to lose unnecessary weight and to build up muscle from swimming without further agitation to her hips. She began to walk straighter, and was running and jumping like a pro! To see her finally run around like a normal dog was sheer joy for all who knew her.
Tragically, an accident took her life on January 26, 2007. It is in her memory that we hope to help you and your pet.

We hope that you too will find these holistic forms of medicine beneficial and that a cure or a better quality of life can be gleaned from these therapies.
We would like to thank the wonderful people at Good Dog Aquatic Fitness, Morningstar Mobile Veterinary Svc, LLC and The Healthy Animal for all their love, patience and guidance.
